The Problem
Lightweight Scooters had been in business for many years, offering high-quality, portable mobility scooters to customers in their local area. Despite having an established website but they struggled to drive online traffic and, ultimately, more online leads.
Proposed Solution
We identified that the business had some competitors that were stealing the spotlight on Google. Even though Lightweight Scooters sometimes offered the same products or better quality products, their low online visibility was causing clients to choose their competitors.
We conducted thorough keyword research and strategically incorporated them throughout their website.
Next, we created and optimised listings on popular business directories and encouraged happy clients to leave online reviews.
To further support our strategy, we also created local content, focusing on blog posts, press releases and articles on mobility scooter trends, new product announcements and industry trends and guidelines.
The Results
Within a couple of months, Lightweight Scooters began ranking on Google for the new keywords and phrases that had been identified in our keyword research, and our new AI tools. The rankings include many first place positions for terms such as “fold up scooter”, “atto mobility scotter near me”, “lightweight mobility scooters near me”, and many more.
With strategic entry in to many online business listings and website keyword optimisation. We also saw the business appear in local maps and featured snippets, increasing its online visibility.
The combination of improved search rankings, new organic keywords, citation building and engaging local content resulted in higher conversion rates for Lightweight Scooters. Taking a site with very often moderate levels of traffic to a site which has had over 8,500 unique users in July, 2024 which was a further 44% increase on the previous month...
We had no control over the website design and functionality but have asked for numerous technical fixes, and content changes to support our goals. The results have been clear, with increases in traffic and organic listings and traffic improving all the time.
We had set out to also build backlinks to the Lightweight Scooters website and this has created a significant increase in referring domains and relevant organic traffic.
